Jordan Boshers is a digital marketing strategist and entrepreneur who specializes in helping surgeons and medical providers attract patients willing to travel for high-value care. He is the founder of Fly-In Patients, a boutique agency focused on building predictable, revenue-driven acquisition systems for out-of-area patients.

For more than ten years, Jordan’s work has centered on a single objective: helping medical providers reach the right patients beyond their local market—and doing it in a way that produces real revenue rather than surface-level metrics. Over the course of his career, he has overseen digital campaigns for hundreds of healthcare websites and contributed to millions of dollars in treatment revenue for clinics worldwide.

In 2016, Jordan founded Tajmeeli, an Arabic-language platform designed to educate prospective patients about cosmetic procedures and connect them with reputable providers. Drawing on his background in Arabic SEO and international patient acquisition, he scaled Tajmeeli into the largest cosmetic surgery website serving the Arabic-speaking world. At its peak, the platform reached more than two million users per month and partnered with leading cosmetic centers across multiple countries. Tajmeeli was acquired by RealSelf in 2021, and Jordan remained with the company through 2022 to support continued growth.

Today, Jordan works directly with U.S.-based surgeons and specialists through Fly-In Patients. His approach focuses on building dedicated “fly-in” acquisition funnels around one or two signature procedures, targeting higher-income regions, qualifying inquiries upfront, and delivering patients who are prepared to travel. The emphasis is intentional: quality over volume, and alignment with a clinic’s most valuable work.

Jordan also runs IstiZada, a agency he founded in 2012 focused on helping healthcare providers attract Arab patients from affluent Gulf countries. Leading a bilingual team of Arabic- and English-speaking marketers, he supports hospitals, clinics, and healthcare brands both within and outside the Middle East. His combination of cultural insight, language expertise, and performance-driven marketing consistently produced stronger returns from Arabic-language campaigns.

Jordan began working in digital marketing in 2009, starting his career at agencies in San Diego—one of the most competitive digital marketing hubs in the U.S. One of his earliest healthcare clients was a national chain of liposuction clinics, Sono Bello, and he has now spent more than 15 years helping medical providers navigate patient acquisition online.

His work and research in digital marketing have been widely referenced. Jordan’s articles and technical resources have been cited by academic institutions and organizations including Cornell University, Rice University, Middlebury College, the United Nations, and others.

Outside of client work, Jordan enjoys experimenting with new marketing strategies on his own projects, as well as surfing, cycling, hiking, traveling, and listening to audiobooks—particularly science fiction.
